CANCELLATION & LATE START
If you are cancelling with less than 48 hours notice, please call us at 206-902-7608 and leave a message, as the system does not allow online cancellation after that policy window. Otherwise, cancel or reschedule online using the Acuity confirmation email that was sent to you.

No-shows with no contact will be charged full price.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours may be charged 50% of the service price unless that spot can be filled. You are welcome to have someone you know come in your place with notice that they are doing so.

Plan to arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment so we can begin on time. We allow a 15-minute grace period after your scheduled time before we cancel your appointment and charge full price.

COVID & FLU
Please let us know if you have cold and flu symptoms or have been exposed to COVID to give your practitioner the choice to reschedule.

All Nurture practitioners wear masks while working with guests.

Your practitioner may ask you to wear a mask if they feel it is necessary.

Practitioners have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19.  

An FDA approved disinfecting solution is used wipe down all surfaces between guests.

You’ll receive an email a couple days after your appointment to check on how you’re feeling. Feel free to let us know if you become sick in that time so we can let follow up with your practitioner.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Contents of all sessions are considered to be confidential. Both verbal and written information about a client cannot be shared without the written consent of the client. Exceptions are when a client discloses suggested or actual harm to themselves, or another person. In these instances, the practitioner is required to make resonable attempts to notify appropriate support channels.

PAYMENT
Your credit card is stored when you schedule your appointment and is run after the session or in the event of a last-minute cancellation.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We are a professional wellness space that values safety for all who enter and work within it’s walls. We do not tolerate discriminatory and unsafe language or behavior and reserve the right to end or decline future sessions based on those criteria.
