REIKI CLASSES
Nurture Wellbeing is hosting esteemed Reiki Master Anita Graham in a private First Degree Reiki class within our sister studio, 102. We’re honored to have Anita’s healing energy as the first class in our new space next door!

Bonnie and I plan to lead two workshops in 2025; Reiki Basics; Foundations for the Reiki-Curious, and an Energy Professionals Cohort. We will also be hosting a Reiki Circle for all local practitioners. Reach out HERE if you’re interested in knowing more about our workshops and classes.

SEASONAL TUNE-UP
What traditions or intentions help you welcome in a new season? As summer solstice approaches, we invite you to check in and see what parts of your energetic self need support.
